Customer experiences blogged

Buzzcustomer is an interesting concept. The blog is positioned as an aggregator of customer service stories from submissions, news articles and other blogs. The site collects experiences from a range of well-known US brands including Dell, Delta, Verizon and Vonage. Here’s a post made on Comcast customer service for example.

There’s not much content on there at the moment but expect this kind of initiative to grow.
