Twitter offers insight
It is in Alpha but TwitterLinkr comes with potential, allowing the aggregation of tweets from the micro-blogging site in accordance with whatever subject you like or just in general to gauge the most frequently tweeted content. The key to this is the instantaneous ability to make Twitter in its entirety relevant to whatever you like.
