1000heads @ London Fashion Week

By Molly Flatt

LFW is always a busy time for us and this year was no exception. Our clients Canon and Miele both sponsor the event, which provided an excellent opportunity to give some social media fashion bloggers the VIP treatment and get them talking about the experience and the people behind it.

On Saturday Lauren took nine guys and gals to see the Jasper Garvida catwalk show on behalf of Forever Better, Miele’s consumer touchpoint in social media. It was a great chance for likeminded fashion fans to network, meet Jasper and learn about Miele’s new washing machines for delicate fabrics; the attendees uploaded reams of  amazing content (you can see our own humble photos here).

Meanwhile Camilla and her three fashionistas had been loaned the latest Canon cameras to record LFW in serious style, hooking up with photographer David Newton who helped them get the most out of the numerous photo opps. After plenty of champagne and socialising in the Canon Professional Suite and a wander round the press area, the gang watched the Ashish show alongside the likes of VV Brown, Paloma Faith and Rochelle Williams. Cue more personal, passionate content about the event, the attendees and Canon.

This was advocacy building at its best: a chance for passionate people to network and create content on and offline, all facilitated by the brands at the heart of LFW. And with booze, celebs and fierce threads thrown in, you can’t go wrong.
