Driving insights into European WOM

Our small community of social media fans and professionals has been sharing some seriously insightful experiences and ideas across the past months and December looks to be equally interesting.
In each session we focus on a specific region but also look at timely global events. So along with the general focus on Europe, we will be discussing preparations for the next Twestival and speculating about the implications of Russia and Egypt starting to register web domains in Cyrillic and Arabic.
