Driving insights into European WOM

By Molly Flatt

After looking at the Middle East, Asia and Africa, our virtual Tangler discussion group returns to our home continent this month to discuss state of social media in Europe. Our small community of social media fans and professionals has been sharing some seriously insightful experiences and ideas across the past months and December looks to be equally interesting.

In each session we focus on a specific region but also look at timely global events. So along with the general focus on Europe, we will be discussing preparations for the next Twestival and speculating about the implications of Russia and Egypt starting to register web domains in Cyrillic and Arabic. Join us on the 18th December here.

And while we’re on a European theme, we’d like to welcome our new Community and Relationships Executive, Lilian Mahoukou, who is based in France and helping to drive 1000heads’ work on the continent. A passionate commentator on emerging market trends with a background in customer care, Lilian writes at digital identity blog Le Project Doppleganger and social media site Webmarketing & Com, as well as his own blog E-volving. Bienvenue à 1000heads, sir, bienvenue.
