Project Manager
As the Project Manager you will have overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a diverse range of cutting edge projects and campaigns.  This is the ideal opportunity for someone with established agency experience looking for their next challenge and being part of a thriving, growing company.

Senior Designer/Studio Manager
A great new role to develop, push and deliver the design and visual boundaries delivered by 1000heads internally and externally on-and-offline. To lead and inspire the creative department, the agency and our clients to the most engaging, unique and original visual solutions on-and-offline. The number one requirement of this role is to deliver outstanding design and visualisation work and to be the brand guardian for 1000heads. Secondary will be conceptual ability to deliver WOM creative on-and-offline. Uniquely this role will straddle two departments in the agency: creative and production. The person will need to manage day to day running of the department, workflow and organise the archiving of work and freelance requirements.

Account Director
To manage major accounts and develop both existing and new client relationships with a global client base. An understanding of social media and word of mouth is essential; how it works and the extent to which consumer conversation impacts major brands. A strong background of account management ideally within a new media environment. Experience of working with blue chip organisations and of managing an international client base. Experience managing a team effectively to achieve results from all levels. Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard, on time and to budget.

Senior Account Manager

Account handling, creative development or client facing project management experience at a Senior Account manager level. Agency experience preferred. Have a solid understanding of social media and its impact on brand. Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard and on time and to budget. The ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and effectively. Able to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity.

Strategy Executive
Sitting within the Insights teams our Strategy Executives work with live social data to measure social activations, in order to provide conversational insights and build social strategies.  This role helps identify conversational trends,  provide input into client campaigns, and produce, visualise and analyse metrics for client reports.  This role would suit anyone currently working in a research or analyst role.   Candidates will need to have an online presence with an understanding how social media can impact a brand and the ability to look beyond the numbers towards recommendations and action.

Community Executive
We are looking to recruit a two ambitious, passionate Community Executives to join the 1000heads team. This role would suit someone who has had a taste of the industry and is looking for their next challenge. It would also be perfect for a graduate who has work placement experience and is looking for a permanent role. As a foundation role in the business, each Community Executive will spend 3 months in Community Management and 3 months in Presences Management in order to learn all the skills required for a well-rounded member of the Client Services Team.To assist in the development and management of social presences, including the creation of content, identification and reactive engagement of individual comments and concerns working across a changing landscape of social platforms. To aid in the development of campaigns, including identification of individuals for campaign engagement, event development and development of campaign relationships.
